It is cement-based with pre-bonded qualities (10% wet bond equivalent) and is available in an off-white base.

With superior adhesion and bonding properties, this render has excellent screed-ability to assist with floating and finishing for a straight, even finish. It also offers greater sag resistance and high early strength gains.
